This subwoofer box installs in minutes and is engineered to fit the 1997-1999 F150 Extended cab (supercab). We use high quality MDF and precision manufacturing in all of our Subwoofer enclosures.
Features:
- Fits 8, 10 or 12 inch subwoofers
- MDF construction
- Subs fire down
- 2" seat lift may be needed (see below)
- Jack must be removed
- 1 1/4" clearance under the box
- Air Space = .70 cubic foot Per Sub
- Mounting Depth = 5.25" (Optional 5 7/8" available)
- Mounting Depth based on 6" diameter magnet
- Box divider & Speaker terminals included
- Hole cutout for 8" Sub = 7"
- Hole cutout for 10" Sub = 9 1/8"
- Hole cutout for 12" Sub = 11"
- Subwoofers and/or amplifiers not included
- Charcoal Grey Carpet
NOTE: 1999 Truck owners: There were two different sets of rear seats for the 1999 model year:
1999AThe seat cushion folds forward and rests on the floor
1999B The seat cushion flips back and rests against the back cushion
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE APPROPRIATE YEAR!
NOTE: The lift kit is ONLY needed for the 1997, 1998, and 1999A model years... The 1999B does not require the lift kit, and does not does not come with it! Extended bolts for lift kit not included (use existing bolts to match longer bolts for lift kit/seat spacer)
