- Amp mount area under box........Looking at the pictures you can see examples of two different amplifiers under the box. The longer grey amplifier (21" wide) is a lower profile amp and fits completely under the box. The black amplifier is more common with 2.5" of height. Amps with this height will not totally fit under the box (due to the floor angling upward under the box) and will stick out a couple inches but will still provide a great look and place to put your amp.
