Shipping
Please allow 2-6 working days for products to ship. Depending on the inflow of orders this schedule may from time to time be a day or two longer.( Example: Holiday times are very busy) If you need a box by a certain time, please call us to see what the current production schedule looks like. (Car boxes are faster than truck boxes)
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes - only street addresses.
Additional charges apply when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada (international duties, tariffs and local handling charges not included). Please email us prior to placing order so we can give a shipping quote. This includes APO/FPO boxes.
You will also receive a tracking number, via e-mail when your order ships, so you can track your package.
The expedited construction option allows your order to be built in 48 business hours or less. Expedited construction orders received after 5pm eastern time on Wednesdays ship the following Monday morning.( manufacturing is closed on Saturday and Sunday) Your order will still ship UPS ground. Expedited Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason and only apply to the subwoofer box.
Shipping Damage:
Although it is rare sometimes shipments arrive damaged due to poor or abusive handling by carriers. If this should happen to your package, contact us first. Damage photos will need to be emailed to us. Signing a damage release with shipping companies releases supercrewsound as well from any liability. If you receive damage merchandise, new merchandise will be sent to you. Canceling an order after receiving damaged product is handled under the returns policy listed on the website.
If you pay for your own shipping with your own shipping account, you agree any damages are your responsibility By providing us with a shipping label you agree to file any and all claims with your shipping agent/company. We are not responsible if your shipping company denies your claim.
Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. SuperCrewSound Inc. can initiate a claims with the carrier on your behalf.
