Not everyone is perfect,but even though they made a mistake on my order someone responded to my phone call after hours and had my order corrected and in time for Christmas... Very nice and polite. I will definitely use them again

AMAZING
I love this box sent them a custom spec for my subwoofers and it was cut perfect the only down side is the wiring I ordered was not installed but was still sent dident bother me much though the box took me literally 5 min to install on my 2002 Ford F-150 and still sounds good and holding together good to this day shipping was fast and simple the support was fast to answer questions within 10 min of my ask
