NOTE: 1999 Truck owners: There were two different sets of rear seats for the 1999 model year:

1999AThe seat cushion folds forward and rests on the floor
1999B The seat cushion flips back and rests against the back cushion

NOTE: The lift kit is ONLY needed for the 1997, 1998, and 1999A model years... The 1999B does not require the lift kit, and does not does not come with it! Extended bolts for lift kit not included(use existing bolts to match longer bolts for lift kit/seat spacer)
